Ingredients
1 packet Leda Arrowroot Biscuits, crumbed
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ can (125g) dairy-free coconut condensed milk
Shredded coconut for coating
Method
Combine the biscuit crumbs, cocoa powder, and coconut condensed milk in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Roll mixture into balls.
Coat each ball in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Makes approx. 12 balls
